At CPBGH we are committed to improving the quality and cost of healthcare for our member companies, employees and dependents. A critical component of healthcare is mental health care. For employers, ensuring employees have a state of mental well-being helps the employees to cope with normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully and are able to be part of the community.

CPBGH is planning a 6-part series on Mental Health and Well-Being in 2021. We will launch the series with a session on the Mental Health Continuum. The other sessions will focus on the components of mental well-being: mind, body, spirit and connections. And, we will conclude 2021 with a final session to tie it all together.

Mental Health Continuum - Thursday, January 21, 2021

The presentation, How to Unlock the Mental Health System, provides evidence-based information on mental health that is pragmatic and applicable for day-to-day life. It is designed to provide a clear understanding of mental health, making it possible for individuals to render informed and confident decisions regarding their mental health needs. This presentation provides the opportunity to normalize mental health conditions, a critical need in our communities during these unparalleled times.
